It is with great pleasure that I submit a reference for Dwayne Cook.  I have known Dwayne for many years, dealing with him through AMI insurance. His knowledge and skill left all of our customers amazed, he has helped save huge amounts of money with his skills in repairing carpet.

I was previously a Senior Manager at AMI insurance owned by the Insurance Australia Group (IAG) and had worked with Dwayne for nine years predominately in the Auckland region.

In this time, Dwayne was heavily involved with assessing our customer carpet claims which had been either damaged in a one-off household event or a major weather event including flooding or cyclone related.

Dwayne was always excellent to deal with no matter what the size or complexity of the job he was allocated.  I would often receive urgent requests from customers to have their carpets assessed for damage, albeit in the evening or at the weekends, and Dwayne would always respond these requests without hesitation.
