Dwayne began his training in the carpet industry 32 years ago then in 1995 he established his own carpet repair company and focused on stain removal, patching and restretching carpet. .

With so much property growth in Auckland, he built an excellent reputation with property managers of busy apartments, hotels, offices and warehouses throughout the city.

I was previously a Senior Manager at AMI insurance owned by the Insurance Australia Group (IAG) and had worked with Dwayne for nine years predominately in the Auckland region.

In this time, Dwayne was heavily involved with assessing our customer carpet claims which had been either damaged in a one-off household event or a major weather event including flooding or cyclone related.

DISPUTES AND MEDIATION

Whether you are the customer, contractor, supplier or insurer, disputes can be difficult and stressful.

It’s understandable that each person has a completely different point of view and sometimes communication begins to break down.

Often all that is needed is a neutral party to walk through the issues important to all sides.

With a thorough comprehension of the facts, what seemed to be a complicated stalemate can usually be untangled and navigated toward a balanced agreement.

Just having concerns heard and anxieties addressed, can go a long way to relieving tension.  I’m available to meet with all parties involved to act as mediator and find a customized resolution for a wide range of flooring issues.
